We are a movement and body-conditioning studio. Our goal is to develop a more balanced, fluid and symmetrical body.
We accomplish this by integrating all the parts of the body. Engaging the abdominal muscles (core), at all times.
Our body conditioning programs are designed to develop balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle tone (not bulk), spinal articulation: flexion, extension, lateral rotation, for better posture and body alignment.
The workouts are designed according to each individual need. That may be to excel in a particular sport, for post rehabilitation, or just as an exercise regimen.
